Troubleshooting a WordPress Webmention → http://Micro.blog problem. Seeing a reply to a reply not include the same u-in-reply-to as the Webmention target param when there’s a threaded conversation. The Webmention target is the root blog post, but the reply is to another reply on that post, so things don’t match up. Does that make sense? [pfefferle] By the way, I added that `url` field earlier and @-mentions from http://WP.com works great to http://Micro.blog now. I decided to just make the `id` and `url` match for now, until I fully understand how other clients might use it.

[manton] I found the problem, why @-mentions of http://micro.blog profiles do not work: we require a `url` field and http://micro.blog has only `id` I will add that as fallback with the next release!

ah, re the settings ok! you might want to tone down the "Tell Bridgy" phrasing in those options, since it's now more the plugin itself. maybe make them global, ie not Bridgy specific, and apply them to micro.blog too?
