In the Micro.blog timeline, this basically just creates a bunch of empty posts. Looks good for normal posts, though.

Truth is, I am actually still happy functionality wise with Known as my set up, so I'm also reluctant to move. That's the beauty of how it was built. After all these years, it still serves its main purpose perfectly. Doing a comparison with micro.blog is something I am going to try. So I think I will try out micro.blog on a parallel site with a mirror of the content from my Known site and see if it can replace it.

The only thing comparable as an almost turnkey solution is micro.blog, and though a hosted account is not crazy expensive, it is not nothing.
