today's jargon rant: why is "internationalization" / i18n called what it is? if it's truly about making things work in more languages and cultures, then it should be a mix of multilingual and multicultural. "internationalization" literally means between or among *nations* which is absolutely not the point of i18n (in W3C / standards contexts)
