[snarfed] re: where the block list would take effect, the answer is everywhere possible. obviously webmentions on my site, and also all syndication destinations, and anywhere I would read content, both feed readers and browsers. point being, from an indieweb perspective, I want to "own my blocks". one place that I control that keeps track of my blocks, including what other services I had "syndicated" my blocks to
