It's pretty freshly rebuilt so hasn't really got any features, and I'm not sure about the theme (I hope you like red, I'm not a web developer at all lol) but I'm excited to work on it and learn more coding stuff as I go. The changeover from wordpress was recent, the "A new website for an old web" post outlines a little bit about the change and the site itself but I'll do a more technical and in depth one soon.

I have blogged in my little corner of the web for a few years without much to say but, since finding this indie web thing, over the last few weeks I scrapped wordpress in favour of a really simple self built site that gives me full control. It has brought with it a return of the interest and joy I once had poking at and messing with web stuff and I'm hopeful that the momentum will continue and allow me to maybe post some actual content?

Is it still indieweb if you have multiple domains, and you link stuff from your web site to say, your nextCloud instance which bares a different domain? I have two; https://cambridgeport90.org, which is my public web site, and goes, right now, to Micro.blog, though I intend to either go back to Wordpress or to Known, but probably the former for now, until I can roll my own CMS in .NET, but that's a long way off, and https://silvercou

i usually trim down the webmentions because sometimes the wordpress plugin decides that the comment is the entire post (and sometimes it's sensible and only keeps the first few sentences of the post)
