yea, that's why I use aaron@parecki.com as my email instead of something@aaronparecki.com, it always felt awkward to have an email address on aaronparecki.com cause it's obviously just me

that's why I use things like gmail (to send and receive email from my domain), google analytics, etc. and have built indieweb things like IndieAuth (auth as a service), and pingback.me (pingback+webmention as a service) since those are not part of your identity, just a service that can be used
