It absolutely doesn't, but it's something I'm planning on adding. I wonder if a valid h-card on my homepage would be enough, or if I should have author markup, with an h-card, with a picture/avatar element, on the post, (the sending side of the webmention

I added the webmention plugin to my WordPress site, but when I send a webmention from one page to another the avatar doesn't get picked up properly. Does anyone know how I make it so that webmentions include the correct avatar data, or if the avatar comes from the receiver going and fetching it, where I need to put the data so it can be fetched?

pallasfile, I believe WordPress has the capability to turn your blog into a newsletter when you publish (I saw this option in default WP setup when I moved a site into it at the end of last year).
