The PHP parser has had different whitespace handling since mid-2018, and I feel like many have been using it without issues since then. Sadly it means the test results are extremely hard to grok

But will have to wait for the morrow. Sleep time for me :) Thanks for all the hard work, again!

The composer.lock file takes the set of dependencies, and puts a single pin/thread through each one that strings together a working valid state. It may bite hard in future days when composer.lock is missing.

I don’t know. The PHP parser is not actually tested against microformats/tests so it is hard to know sometimes.

But yeah, IRC modes are hard. There also seem to be a couple other differences between the modes setup for #microformats and #indieweb.

It is hard to say what normalisation is supposed or not supposed to happen. I think we still do not define what a “normalized absolute URL” is, as the spec always calls it. I think it is not weird for libraries to require some value for path, which at minimum is the /. (Ie. it is not a “trailing slash”, it is “root path”.)

jgmac1106 yes, reading microformats again then most of them are easy done with a template. Only adding microformats into the general markdown-content of the page is hard because markdown does not support attributes at all in the pure version.

on the flip side, you thought searching mailing list archives was hard to begin with, try searching mailing list archives from archive.org http://web.archive.org/web/20060715114143/http://www.imc.org/atom-syntax/mail-archive/

Trying to get my WordPress blog working as a proper #indieweb-type hub, with microformats2 support, is turning out to be a real pain. Currently, the Post Kinds plugin seems to be duplicating data and just conflicting hard with anything I add in the Classic Editor.
