  • Like whenever I look at YouTube I’m inundated with vlogs that are just people reading Reddit posts, and then on Reddit people post those same videos. It’s an ouroborus.

  • yeah not sure. The blog post seems more focused on how to write an @-mention in a post and what their app (might?) do with it. I do see a comment at the bottom of the blog but no comment form, so wonder if that was a WM

  • It’s a little baffling how many people on the r/indieweb subreddit seem to know nothing about http://indieweb.org and the protocols discussed in these circles. For example, https://www.reddit.com/r/indieweb/comments/1u3cne2/universal_mentions_for_the_social_web/ (both the post itself and the comment by happy_hawking).
