[edit] There are plenty of tools out there to help get started. https://micro.blog is a good one. https://omg.lol is good too. WordPress is a popular option although a bit more time consuming to set up.

Perhaps involving installing on a subdomain via cpanel? I'm very unfamiliar with using cpanel terminal but I understand that it does have one. I'm so used to the straight forward couple of clicks wordpress style instal these days that I forget the before times.
