seems on topic to indieweb, I wanted to say that I quit Instagram a month ago and it's been a whirlwind 🌪️ for my brain. I joined Instagram in 2012 and for the last 4-5 years have used it daily for like more than an hour a day. It got to a point where I stopped interacting with many people outside of the narrow confines of the app which served me ads and terrible algo content. Quitting for a month has felt like breaking chains and rewiring
