  • Pages controlled by WordPress use my WP endpoint for webmentions. Other pages use webmention. And there are some aggregate pages, or pages which don't allow comments (mostly WP) which don't do either. And I suppose I have some archival pages which don't support webmentions.

  • Interesting tool for http://WordPress.com users (or http://wordpress.org self-hosted with JetPack) - which is a kind of minimal posting interface - reminds me of some micropub clients or "distraction-free" writing tools. https://wordland.social/ The auth flow is interesting. Lightweight and nice. If I was all-in on a WordPress dot com site or a JetPack enabled site and blogged a lot I'd be trying it.

  • for my blog posts, WordPress handled incoming regular comments (or trackbacks) and also webmentions. and when I link to my site on mastodon I backfill posts using jwz's perl script + php plugin on his hacks page.
