I really appreciate that their Seek app is fully offline capable. That aspect I think would make it an excellent Micropub client. You could add notes to your observations and queue them up for publication, or configure them to auto-post as photo posts.

GWG, I believe the http://micro.blog client Sunlit (which is a micropub client) requires a http://micro.blog login rather than IndieAuth.

I see [snarfed] handled the de-duplication testing on https://www.johnpe.art/2023/10/31/making-webmentions-look-more-conversational/ so I didn't have to. He shows up as liking the post twice! First via webmention directly, then second via ActivityPub / BridgyFed
