oh yeah, CSS for style changes is literally what its made for 😄 I more mean things like CSS only lightboxes or carousels. They're technically clever, but they almost inevitably are inaccessible, as they can't actually update the state of the DOM (and even when CSS does impact the DOM, it often isn't exposed to the AOM, like with pseudo-element images
