I find that tweet hard to parse. The only interpretation that I can think of is "people I don't like are trying to use their personal agency for things I don't like." If that's the argument, I'm not sure what to respond besides "yeah, that's how it works."

yeah and they do have an "api key" that you can generate as a user and it works for some methods but not all
