It was actually a test of my new post announcer, which I’ve added Bluesky support to as well. The treatment of embeds by Bluesky is interesting, so that was fun.

I felt quite happy with setting up my first IndieAuth path (client login -> homepage -> authenticator -> client redirect) until I realized that with other authentication methods future requests also include request header values and my test IndieAuth client only had server-side session variables. I assume that I need a token endpoint, but I expected that to be for authorization that I am not convinced I need.

@flancian@social.coop I don’t think I’ve tried directly mentioning someone on [[Mastodon]] from my personal site before. Let’s see if it works?! Also a quick test to see if my follow of @agora@botsin.space worked. #FotL #IndieWeb (https://boffosocko.com/2024/11/20/55826132/)

GWG I'm getting the "The authorization header was not returned on this test, which means that your server may be stripping the Authorization header." warning on my site health, so maybe that's the problem? not sure though

2. "We encourage attendees to test 5 days after the event." <-- this is good summary advice. From what I have read on various health guidelines websites, the guidance is a bit different if symptomatic, anywhere from test immediately if symptomatic, to test 2d after symptoms arise, or both if you have enough tests. If you only have one test and you're symptomatic, I've seen general guidance to wait 2d and then test.
