I found a new source for backlinks: I've been using https://f5bot.com/ <https://f5bot.com/dash> for a while to get alerts is my site is mentioned on HN or Reddit. It sends an email when it maches search criterias, so I added an email hook in integromat, extracted the html links from it, fetched the sites, checked for any of my site domains, and sent those to webmention.io. I experimented a bit with "recursive reply-contexts" today. But instead of "Salmention" I let the reply ping every other post recursively. This of course produces a problem with "reply chain". With 2 test pages it works fine, if I bring in a third one the display of replies doesn't work well anymore.
