  • Thanks! Can you leave a note in 277 about the readme?

  • Welcome, [capjamesg]. It got a shoutout at HWC and reminded me I need to listen! Some great guests you've had.

  • Thanks for the nudge, sorry I haven't had much capacity. I've just set up https://github.com/microformats/php-mf2/issues/277 with a couple small readme and changelog updates if you'd like to send a PR for those. The 0.5.1 milestone issues could use a review too. Most of those were probably assigned that release a while ago. I think I'm fine if we push most of them to the next release, but if any are "easy" maybe we can get them in

  • interesting. so i'm making this site with the gimmick of only allowing a single post. i guess would it be possible to implement micropub in such i way that it's always linked to the same post in the users website right?

  • Flash is in the context of the web a reference to Adobe Flash, typically Adobe Flash Player, which is a deprecated proprietary platform and browser plug-in for animation/multimedia content and application distribution on independent sites, more recently on embedded systems like gas station kiosks like https://twitter.com/moenig/status/1030490221392142338 (see screenshots therein) https://indieweb.org/Flash

  • If you haven't already, consider taking a look at http://Micro.blog, which is the most IndieWeb social site around at the moment

  • Yeah, but also possibly bidirectionally. I guess a truly "IndieWeb" social media service would almost allow you to use your own website as the backend, and then aggregate interactions on your behalf. So if I posted to my website, your site would pull that in, and then push back out likes, comments etc. as webmentions.

  • [Jo] already suggested micropub/sub so i'm looking into that. so far what i understand from it is that you let the user be able to create a post from any third party micropub clients right?
