I experimented a bit with "recursive reply-contexts" today. But instead of "Salmention" I let the reply ping every other post recursively. This of course produces a problem with "reply chain". With 2 test pages it works fine, if I bring in a third one the display of replies doesn't work well anymore.

[snarfed] That’s correct about no per-post option for POSSE. You can disable it and then enable it again as a work-around. I get this request pretty often, and there are 2 reasons I haven’t done it: 1) I feel like it adds a little extra fiction when writing if you think about the target audience too much; and 2) Because it works with any feed anywhere, it’s a bit tricky to keep track of what post needs to be cross-posted, e.g.

os.path.join is a little nicer as it works with either platform's path separator, and you don't have to worry about whether the head has a trailing slash or not like you do when working directly with strings.
