I see https://github.com/snarfed/bridgy-fed/blob/8cb36282700a70bd38c9f9788a1ca51c0daf8b85/templates/activities.html#L42-L53 so I assume we can surface it 😄

[manton.org] If you’ve been following the Bridgy and Mastodon drama, consider that many Mastodon users don’t want a bridge that allows Bluesky to federate with Mastodon, but they do want Bluesky to support ActivityPub so Bluesky can… also federate with Mastodon. 😜 (https://www.manton.org/2024/02/14/if-youve-been.html)

[snarfed] tried posting a "new" post (same post, changed slug) and it showed up on Bridgy Fed as a new post (not update) and delivered to about the same number of servers, but still no visibility in tags pages e.g. https://indieweb.social/tags/microformats2

update: no further visibility / fix from updating my post and federating the update via Bridgy Fed, so next experiment is to change the permalink/slug and retry it as a "new post"

so maybe I should change the permalink/slug to trick Bridgy Fed into thinking it's a new post?

[snarfed] I've tried posting an update to that post and looks like Bridgy Fed has received the update and is processing it. Will see if that makes it out to any sites
