in other words, if someone gets a new domain and puts up a static website, then adds rel=indieauth-metadata to an indieauth server, that is roughly equivalent to adding the DNS entry to use their domain as a bluesky handle and using the bluesky oauth server

this bluesky oauth is roughly analogous to indieauth tho, it's not actually tied to a silo the way twitter/github/codeberg/gitlab is
