I think Creative Commons had one and when I came in it was full of spam and other crap, so I just redirected it to the Mozilla one which seemed to have at least some people looking at it

I also would not recommend anyone try to setup / admin an Etherpad who is not a developer and ready to be an admin because it has multiple abuse vectors that you have to stay on top of or else you end up with a massive problem on your domain (enough to get yourself blocked by search engines etc
