  • capjamesg one thing I've noticed from a lot of these markdown efforts is that they're really more "YAML" efforts pretending to be markdown. markdown is supposed to at least somewhat *look* like the intended meaning, not just be a property:value (line-break) syntax.

  • I know one big challenge to ASCII art (which I am also a fan of) is that it tends to be bad for accessibility (e.g. screen readers mangle it or essentially speak noise :/ )
