We actually used to test for it on purpose in technical interviews to see how easily someone gets off track. My cofounder had a technique they used when he was a PM at Microsoft and we wrote it up to get on top of hackernews, lemme see if we have an old copy around somewhere…

☝ Got to do some experimentation with the above, and copy into and test with legacy theme. _Slightly_ tricky as ofcourse the existing common.css are applied before my custom styles. Will let you know when I think I have something worth testing.

if you can test incorporating them the other way around, existing common.css rules into your vector-2022.css, I can help with incrementally editing the main common.css

hmm, I'd want to test that in a few popular combos just to check it didn't result in duplication in places. If `title` is completely ignore than yes, that makes sense to me too

ok the https://webmention.app/check link explicitly says "Keep in mind that this test page only scans the 10 most recent `h-entry` elements on the target." however there is only ONE h-entry there, so that caveat should be meaningless
