  • What have people been doing about link rot lately? I'm thinking of turning adactio's code from a previous IWC into a WordPress plugin to temporarily solve it, but not sure if it is a good long-term solution

  • Howveee tutorials for external OSS projects (WordPress, Known) or external services (AWS, etc) go out of date very quickly (instructions rot with obsolete screenshots etc) and then they have the opposite effect of helping beginners. They frustrate beginners and may make them give up on more than the tutorial but also the site and/or community

  • Ok, I figured the AT protocol might be harder to interact with than Activitypub - especially with the WordPress limitations that it should work with any WP install, including shared hosting.
