↩️ I should declare that I have skin in this game (investor at @mattervc), but I agree that it’s a huge issue with most of these solutions. And it’s a real inclusion issue as well as a business one. Newer pubs are more likely to have more diverse staff. You can’t shut them out.

↩️ agree strongly. it's the issue with many of these problems. reputation and trust for brands and experiences is built over time, consistent experiences, direct relationships but we absolutely cannot constrain innovation, newcomers and independent voices.
