reverse proxy users? I'm using NGINX (not proxy manager) to manage my hosts but the problem is that if one of my hosts is down because of whatever reason, and i try to restart NGINX, it will crash and all my services collectively go down. I'm using docker with DNS management via a shared network bridge

Yeah but that's why it's safer there than shared hosting. Nginx configs and CrowdSec are chef's kiss.

Nginx - It's a little more efficient afaik - Caddy has higher baseline memory use.

Right, but you can do a lot of that in nginx. AFAIK the bigger difference is that Caddy has easier syntax.
