Threads seems more compatible (and future proof) since it's already partly part of "fedi" and allows migration to other ActivityPub implementations / servers, whereas bsky only conceptually does (no elsewhere to migrate to)

[snarfed] [manton] I have now updated my post permalinks to also have the "<link rel="author" type="application/activity+json" href="..." />" markup in the header so an ActivityPub crawler/parser can retrieve one of my post permalinks as HTML, do link rel=author discover with a filter for that type, and the subsequently to the same ActivityPub actor/profile discover they would like (equivalent to the fedi:creator thing) on that
