For markup I'm using bookmarks with a link preview for the definition or a manual quote block. I like that it's easy to bookmark a definition using omnibear and it works with multiple dictionary sites. There's some overlap with the "Today I learned" tag too.

Like, they're often buried in footers, and can be a fun way to explore the web, but rarely feel that integrated. And then the community side of them can exist, but it feels more like the community comes first where it works, and for those without that foundation, it never evolves

Oh, no. "I" (LLM) has built an import parser. It works on one file, which would be the automation going forward. I then used that to loop through all the json files and import them all.

you can compress _much_ faster through your GPU if you have one (keywords: NVENC for nvidia, VAAPI for Intel and AMD; Vulkan Video is sadly not quite consistent yet, even if it works results are often subpar)
