  • I've also recently been getting some mixed webmention comments from brid.gy. Generally I've been fixing them manually, but I need to spend some time sorting out what's actually causing the issue. I suspect it's happening on the WordPress side, and it's only about 1 in every 20 webmentions, so it hasn't been horrible.

  • i think readers will end up sorting by the published date of the post so you should be fine

  • if there's an updated field, sorting will be based on that, so that it will go up to the top, but sorting won't include a corrected field so that won't change the sorted position
