Any nginx wizards? I managed to make let's encrypt work, but I can't for the life of me stop seing the nginx default index page, and my redirect rule won't work

i don't understand where this is failing, but for some reason now the cert autorenewal script isn't triggering nginx to reload. so the new cert is there, but nginx doesn't know about it

Oh great nginx isn't reloading again. The cert renewed and was ready on disk, but nginx hadn't picked it up

superkuh: you just manually read your nginx logs every now and then if there are "webmentions" and then you manually edit your html page it corresponds to to add it the page? http://superkuh.com/blog/2020-01-10-1.html I don't understand everything well here so just trying to understand

Maybe [Jo] you could comment on that post with their method :D I'll read a bit later your link, gotta go shower and eat etc! btw [Jo] if you have a tilde.club or another tilde server account, do you know if you have access to nginx logs in a way that would be needed in superkuh's method

I receive webmention by having nginx log POST contents to the /webmention endpoint to a /var/log/file I keep open in a my text editor. I send with cURL.
