it is the key blocker because what makes something "first class"? when there aren't objective criteria (a test suite), then who is the authority? de facto? as in "Mastodon first class"? because that sucks too

I will do a more thorough pass of that. I was able to get it to work for myself but it's kinda hard to test without having a "dev" identity lol

If anyone's interested I'm in the process of reviving the dormant mf-tester scripts. I currently have the existing stable of libraries parsing the latest test suite, and I hope to add some more libraries.
