↩️ win? 1. For the early adopters, can we agree that the first iterations of flickr or delicious also did not have that many people? 2. I think this is the same as asking "this content couldn't be hosted on FB" when someone creates their own indieweb site.

↩️ Totally agree, and we need to start as soon as possible as to not make the laws such that only giants can survive online (eg. GDPR is a bit like that, the giants have an easy time navigating it with their lawyers, but smaller actors: not so much)

↩️ Totally agree with Peter and Aaron here. Combining the fast pace IRC-style discussion with long term incrementally improved wikis enables people with different pacing needs to all stay on top. Then there's the actual BarCamps a few times a year as well, on top of the chat

↩️ I completely agree with Peter. Especially, I think that the bridging plays a crucial part for new users, as it makes the platform choice into a flavour-picking one, without the risk of being left out of conversations :)
