in regards to my question earlier, I think I am going to start calling it GET-style webmention (in comparison to POST-style webmention) as opposed to passive webmention (active webmention) because "passive" implies that it is found rather than sent and that's not actually how it works

LibraryThing’s phone apps also use the phone’s camera as a scanner and it works well. It needs the book’s barcode to get the information. It works well. But, it doesn’t have the bar code stickers.

Adding `display_errors = "stderr";` to `php.ini` fixed the "always gets inserted into stuff for some reason" part, so now it works fine besides the email thing

Right, that's precisely what I was saying in response to Ross saying he would be using a SQLite database. His good decision reminded me of my own decision and the negative downstream effects. I mean, it works fine for my use! Running code. But it has consequences. 🙂

I found https://github.com/dxnnv/daylist-api/tree/master but there is no documentation on how it works. It seems to build an RSS feed, maybe using notifications that the playlist has changed…?!
